- Breathe deeply.
- Start relaxing and releasing tension from your head.
- After a few seconds, continue to relax your neck and shoulders.
- Continue to release tension from your chest and arms.
- Continue the process until you reach downwards to your stomach and legs, until your whole body is completely relaxed.
